My name is Toby Baillon. I live in Tenerife and I am developing the Buenavista Rural Club which is planned to open very soon. Before that we will need to restore a 100 year old stone farmhouse, clear 50,000 SqM (12 acres) of arable land, and install water, electric and heating from sustainable off-grid sources such as solar and wind power.
